Broadband setup

More and more households are acquiring broadband links. Mostly they work straight out of the box, as they should, but sometimes you, the user, will find yourself stuck with a non-working box, unhelpful technical manuals and support lines where you get a lot of music and not much help, to say nothing of a large phone bill.

Because we understand the principles of setting up such a connection, we can often get you up and running quite quickly, and if you wish, we can explain what we have done and how and why we did it. We have occasionally been a comfort when the support line has been determined to blame the problem back on the user.
